These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Advancer LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with its principal place of business in Miami, Florida.
By purchasing, accessing, or using Advancer’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services
Advancer provides professional Amazon brand management and related consulting services, including but not limited to strategy, advertising management, listing optimization, reporting, and operational support. Services are rendered according to a mutually agreed scope defined in a written agreement or proposal.
Payment Terms
All services are billed in advance and are payable on or before the service start date. By submitting payment, the client authorizes Advancer to immediately allocate personnel, resources, and operational capacity to the engagement.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided and the immediate allocation of dedicated teams and resources, all payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, information, approvals, and cooperation required for service execution. Delays caused by the client do not pause billing timelines or obligations.
No Guarantees
Advancer does not guarantee specific financial results, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics. Results depend on market conditions, platform policies, and client cooperation.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, strategic, and business information exchanged during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Advancer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami, Florida.
